It’s a really great help when you’re recovering to have people eat meals with you. It sucks when they start talking about it being a big portion or unhealthy. Or say things along the lines of ‘I’m really full/I never eat this much/ I never eat this food’. It makes you second guess and feel greedy when you need to be normalising healthy meals.
